Are you keen to apply to HSBC but want to find out a bit more about what is required? As graduates ourselves we all recognise how daunting the recruitment and selection process can appear, which is why we’ve filmed this short video to give you a few tips. You will hear two current graduates, one intern and a current HSBC employee who was previously on the graduate programme, talk about their experiences.
You will find out about the stages of the recruitment process from the initial application through to the final assessment centre and how our graduates found the process.
